Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account with merryph22 at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact information. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. merryph22 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, merryph22 is required by PAGCOR to verify your identity. You must provide a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent the processing of withdrawals. merryph22 may also request proof of payment method ownership and source of funds documentation.

merryph22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system errors. If a deposit does not reflect in your merryph22 balance within the expected processing time, contact support with your payment reference number.
Withdrawals from your merryph22 account are subject to the following conditions:
Processing Times. Standard accounts receive same-day withdrawal processing during business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). Diamond VIP accounts receive priority processing with a target of under two (2) hours. merryph22 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond its control.
Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Where technically feasible, merryph22 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. Where this is not possible, an alternative supported payment method may be used, subject to identity verification of the alternative account.
merryph22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems necessary for fraud prevention, AML compliance, or PAGCOR regulatory obligations. Requests that cannot be substantiated may be declined pending investigation.

In no event shall merryph22's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their merryph22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by merryph22's gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
merryph22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance — after deduction of any amounts owed to merryph22 — will generally be returned to the player's verified payment account within a reasonable period, unless the closure arises from fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, in which case merryph22 may be required to withhold the funds pending investigation or authority instruction.
You may voluntarily close your merryph22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account after deduction of any outstanding obligations.
merryph22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, merryph22 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the merryph22 platform.

Initial Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact merryph22 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. merryph22 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving notice of the complaint.
PAGCOR Complaints Process. Players who are unsatisfied with merryph22's internal dispute resolution may escalate complaints to PAGCOR's player complaint process. merryph22 is required to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or inquiry.
